Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and issue a refund, send a replacement, and/or open a claim with the carrier.
**Depending on the issue one or a combination of any of these resolutions may be used to rectify any issue that may arise.
Returns/Exchanges
We also do not accept returns for any item in any order after it has been shipped. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order or items in your order.
Cancelling/Issues with orders
To email us to cancel or report an issue with an order please contact us via email bookstabsandwicks@outlook.com with your order number in the subject line.
To cancel an order reach out within 2 days to assure your order is cancelled before it is shipped!
Refunds
If approved for a refund after contacting us with any sort of issue, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
